Fell for an Instagram ad with Bill Gates and fake doctors

I saw this ad on Instagram for a memory supplement. It had Bill Gates and a bunch of famous actors and actresses saying it worked. The product was called Memopezil and also Florazen. They even had a famous doctor, Dr. Ohsumi, saying it was legit.

The ad said they did a double-blind study to prove it works. That was all fake. They kept pushing "buy now as supplies are limited" which got me to order. I lost $901.80. I feel really stupid about it now.
