AI video with Jillian Michaels tricked me into buying fake weight loss gummies
After I ordered I exited the video and went straight to Jillian Michaels actual website. She had a warning up saying the video was AI created and it was a scam. She said Do Not Order. I felt so stupid. I called my Credit Union right away and filed a dispute. One week later it was settled in my favor and the scammer returned my money. I would highly suggest filing a credit card dispute with your bank instead of calling the merchant.
Someone pretending to be my friend on Instagram took my card info
I feel stupid now but it really looked like my friend. The email they used was [email protected]. I didn't catch it at first. I should have called my friend to check but I just didn't think about it at the time.
