Ordered a hoodie in April, got excuses and then no replies

I ordered a hoodie from her website back in April 2025. I paid $70. The whole thing has been a mess. Every time I tried to get an update, I'd get little response, and when I did, it was just an excuse for why it still hadn't shipped.

Now her website is gone and her email doesn't work. The only way to contact her is through Instagram. I've sent multiple messages there, but I got very few replies, and for the last three months, nothing at all. I never got the hoodie and I can't get my money back. Looking at her Instagram, it seems like a lot of other people are stuck in the same situation I am.
