Ordered 3 bottles of memory drops but got charged for 12

I ordered some drops for my husband’s memory loss. He has Alzheimer’s and is on a lot of medications so I can’t even give him these now. I ordered 3 bottles but they sent me 12 bottles and charged me for 12.

My credit card company gave me a number to call but when I called they said there was no record of my order. But the charge is already on my account. I just want someone to send me a return label so I can send these back. The website was Instagram and the address they gave was 19655 E 35th Dr STE 1008 in Aurora CO. Phone number was (302) 618-4094. I lost 345 dollars over this.
