Found a stylist on Instagram who took my deposit and never showed up

I’m a senior and not real familiar with all this new technology. I found this young lady on Instagram and liked her work so she asked for a deposit. I paid $50 via Cash App. The day of the appointment I sent a message saying I was on my way and might be 5-7 minutes behind.

When I got there she never answered just kept texting. I kept ringing her please. The area was really bad and the building looked abandoned so I told her if she didn’t call me I was calling the police. She kept texting but never showed up. The manager of the shop came out and apologized. She refused to give me my deposit back. Seems like she does this to a lot of people. Please stop this behavior especially for us seniors. I can submit all the texts if you contact me at 443 762 4626.
