Strange job offer with no real interview and pushy about depositing a check

This company reached out saying they found my application for a Regional Operations Manager. I got an offer sent at 4 am. The interview the day before wasn't a normal interview, none of it was on video. Everything was done on teams and then they sent a link with timed interview questions.

After I signed the offer letter they said they would email a check so I could buy equipment to work from home. They wanted me to do a mobile deposit but wouldn't mail a physical check because they said it takes too many days. They were really pushy about getting the money deposited. Instead of waiting for the check to clear they asked if I could just buy the equipment upfront and get reimbursed. I told them I couldn't do that so they sent me another check from a different bank than the first one.
