Paid for a product that doesn't work, can't get my money back

I bought something from interpretk and it just doesn't work. I've been trying to get my money back since December 13th, 2025. It was $46. Every week I email their support, [email protected], and every week I get the same reply.

They say they'll issue a credit. They say they're trying to make the refund successful and to please be patient. That's it. It's been months of this. All I want is a simple refund through PayPal, which shouldn't be this hard. I keep getting the same message and nothing happens.
