My truck windows broke after they removed the intoxolock device
I tried to sort it out with the owner. He told me it couldn't have been them, that maybe the installer crossed wires—even though the device was installed and working for almost two years. Then he said to diagnose it, they'd charge me $75 for a half hour. I asked how he'd feel if a shop did that to him, gave him back his broken truck when it was working before. He said he wouldn't expect them to fix it, which is obviously not true.
Then he told me he didn't have to do anything. He looked me in the face and asked if I took a video of my windows working that morning. Said if I didn't, I had no proof. And of course he only takes cash because his credit card machines are "down." I'm out $130 and my windows don't work.
