Got charged for Amazon Prime after linking to Intuit, but Amazon says I don't have it
I was trying to link my Credit Karma to Intuit online. There wasn't any phone number, it was all on the website. The link didn't say anything about an Amazon Prime membership. Then out of nowhere, I got a $16.25 charge for Amazon Prime at the end of November 2025. I checked my Amazon account and the Prime membership doesn't show up there at all. I talked to Amazon.com and they confirmed I don't have a membership on the official site.
I even canceled the debit card that was used back in November. But now, on January 29, 2026, I just got charged the same $16.25 again. My bank shows it's from WA and the website https://www.amazon.com/amazonprime. It doesn't make any sense.
