Invested in a house flipping business and now they won’t return my money

I got involved with this LLC that said they flip houses. They promised to pay 12% annually on investments. So I put in 100k for a year.

That was over a year ago and I never got a single payment. When I tried to get my money back they said they couldn’t return it. Then I made a huge mistake and borrowed another 50k to help them refinance their real estate so they could pay me back. Turns out they couldn’t even refinance. So now they have my 150k total.

I’ve been texting them begging for my money back. They said they would pull money from their retirement but nothing ever happened.
