Signed up for surveys on Facebook but they won’t let me cash out

I saw an ad on Facebook and signed up for Ipsos iSay on 4-12-2026 to take surveys. I did the surveys and earned 1000 points which should have gotten me a $10 gift card. But when I tried to redeem it, it would not let me.

So I emailed them at [email protected] asking for help. Now they sent me an email saying I am disqualified and not eligible for the reward. I did nothing wrong to get disqualified, I already earned those points fair and square. I have seen other reviews saying the same thing happened to them. This is from their address in Norwalk, CT 06851 and they are operating out of your state.
