Can't cancel this online IQ test, they keep taking money from my account

I took an IQ test online and I've been trying to cancel the account since August 2025. I even got emails saying the account was closed, but they just keep taking money out of my account. It's $210 total now.

They don't have a phone number, just an email to [email protected]. They tell you to go to a portal to cancel, but when I put in my email there it says no account found. It doesn't make any sense.

I'm a senior on a fixed income and I can't afford to waste money on a scam. I probably won't get my money back, but I need these payments to stop.
