Ordered a dance item in May, still waiting months later with no refund

I ordered something from this place on May 28. Their site said shipping in 3-5 business days. After 11 days I emailed them twice, no reply at all. Then I checked their Facebook and Instagram and saw tons of comments from people waiting months for stuff.

I finally got a message on Facebook saying it would ship last week. Then the owner, Sea, emailed me only after I said I was filing a police report. He said they'd ship when items come in, no estimated date. I asked for a refund, no response. The help section on their website is just disabled. Lost $199.99.
