Dress from Irispetal was not what we ordered
I tried to return it. They said they would give me 10.00 to just keep the dress, or I could ship it back. But the return address they gave me is not a valid address in Hong Kong.
So now I am stuck with a dress I did not order and I am out 52.00.
Dress from Irispetal came in bad quality and they only offered $8 back
They came back and offered me 15% back which is only $8.00. Being out that much money for a dress like this is just not acceptable. The dress is barely worth $20. They are price gouging. If they aren't going to give real refunds they should just say no refunds.
Ordered a dress from Irispetal.com and got something totally different
The dress never came. I mean, they sent me something but it wasn’t the dress I paid for. It’s like a totally different thing. I don’t know what to do now. I just want my money back or the actual dress.
Ordered a dress online and got a completely different cheap item
I asked for a refund like 10 times already. They keep baiting me along saying they’ll send a partial refund but they never do. First they said keep the item and they’ll give me a 30% refund. I said no. Then they kept upping it to 80%. I told them I want a full refund and they finally agreed. But after I kept following up, they still never sent it. Nothing. Total scam.
