Ordered a dress from Irispetal.com and got something totally different

I ordered a dress from Irispetal.com and paid about 70 bucks for it. What showed up was not even close to what they had in the picture. I took pictures of what I ordered and what I got so you can see the difference.

The dress never came. I mean, they sent me something but it wasn’t the dress I paid for. It’s like a totally different thing. I don’t know what to do now. I just want my money back or the actual dress.

Ordered a dress online and got a completely different cheap item

I ordered a dress from their website irispetal.com. What they sent was a different cheap item, not what I ordered at all. It felt like it was on purpose.

I asked for a refund like 10 times already. They keep baiting me along saying they’ll send a partial refund but they never do. First they said keep the item and they’ll give me a 30% refund. I said no. Then they kept upping it to 80%. I told them I want a full refund and they finally agreed. But after I kept following up, they still never sent it. Nothing. Total scam.
