Bought one get one promo but only got half my order
When I finally did talk to someone they said there's been a lot of theft of their merchandise. I told them the package weight didn't match what I ordered. I tried to do a return and they sent a prepaid label but the items on it were marked as "$0.00" because of the promo. That doesn't work when I never got half the bundle in the first place. Those items had prices on my receipt before.
They even admitted in an email that no other package was sent for this specific order. But they didn't offer to fix it or send the rest. I'm out $200.
