Got a weird call from someone saying they're from the IRS.

I got a call from a number I don't know, (781) 661-7746. The person said she was Lucy from the IRS tax service. She said there might be a balance I still owe for unfiled returns or something like that.

It felt off right away. I never called the number back. I didn't give them any information or money. It just seemed like a scam call to me.
