Charged $319 for a free EIN from a fake IRS site

I thought I was on a real government website, but it was fake. This company charged my husband $319 to get an EIN for our business. You can get an EIN for free straight from the actual IRS website.

Their site looks just like the real IRS site. All they do is charge you $319 for something that’s free. They don’t provide any expert help or extra services. We asked for a refund and they just said no.

It’s a completely unethical way to do business. They took money from my family that we really needed.
