Dress fabric and fit totally different from what was shown online

I ordered a dress from Isabella Patterson and what I got was not what was in the pictures. The fabric was different and it had an elastic waist in the back that wasn't shown. When I tried to return it they wanted me to keep it and offered me 75% off another item instead.

I decided to order a second dress thinking maybe it was just that one. But that one had an elastic waist all the way around and the photos showed it flowing freely around the body. So now I have two dresses I can't wear. If I return them I have to pay shipping and only get 20% back. That didn't seem worth it. So I'm just donating both. Cost me $49.95 total. Both dresses came from a warehouse in Dong Choung.
