Online order from a company that is really in China

I ordered something from Isabella Patterson. The website says they are in South Carolina but they are actually a Chinese company. There is no way to contact them. I tried calling the number (917) 814-3260 and it just disconnects.

I tried to track my package and the tracking number comes back as unknown. So I just lost the money. My credit card was charged $137.54. I sent an email to [email protected] but never got a reply. This whole thing is a scam.
