Bought GPS tags but got Bluetooth tags and no return address
They offered to pay me 45% back but said I couldn’t return the stuff. I looked online and saw other people saying they never got that 45% back either. So I’m not trusting that. I’m disputing the charges thru Capital One now. There were 3 charges on my card for a total of $89.12.
Still not resolved. Their phone number is (380) 268-0220 and email is [email protected].
Bought GPS trackers that don’t actually work like they said
When I got them and tested them, they only work on Bluetooth for Android. So no GPS, no location updates if you’re not right next to the phone. I emailed [email protected] about it and they confirmed this. Their own website says there’s a 30 day money back guarantee with full refund.
So I asked for a refund. First they offered me 25% back, then 45%. Now they just stopped replying. No response at all. I spent $202.48 on these and they won’t honor their own policy. Feels like a bait and switch.
