Ordered a leather purse but got a cheap plastic bag that smells like chemicals
I emailed them about a refund. They wrote back and said they would only give me 30 percent of my money back and I'd have to keep the purse. The other option was to return it to China. They said shipping it there would cost more than the purse itself. That doesn't help me at all. I just want my money back for this fake product.
