Ordered ceramic flowers for bees but they are way too small

I ordered 8 ceramic flowers to use for water supply for bees. When they arrived they are so tiny they cannot possibly hold any water. I emailed the merchant and they gave me an address in Hong Kong to mail it back. That doesn't make sense. I paid 80 dollars for these and they are useless.
