Ordered something from itoolmax.com and got a completely wrong item

I placed an order on their website May 6th. When I got the package it was not at all what I was looking for. The return instructions said to send a return email and wait for approval to return. I never got any email back or a return address.

I've sent them like 4 or 5 requests about returning it. Yesterday they finally responded but instead of giving me a return address they sent instructions on how to assemble the product. I specifically told them I want to return the item and get my money back. Nothing. Just assembly help. So now I'm out $129.99 and stuck with this thing I didn't even want.
