Hoodies not reflective and no refund like they said

I ordered some hoodies from itsredlinesyndicate.com and they are not reflective at all like the website said they would be. Total waste of money. I spent $47.50 on this. They are also clearly knocking off 444racing stuff.

Then I tried to get a refund because the product is not what was described. Their policy says you can get a refund within 11 hours which is already a scam in itself. I contacted them within that time and they just do not give the refund. So now I am out my money and stuck with hoodies that don't even work right.
