Ordered pants from a website that never showed up

I ordered pants from this website https://ivoryn.com/ back a little while ago. They took my money, $31.97. I never got the pants.

So I checked the tracking number they gave me and the website it took me to. It looked like it was moving through the system but after a few days I realized nothing was happening. I looked into it more and found out that tracking site is just made to show fake updates. The package was never real.

I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. The whole thing is just a scam.

Ordered nightgowns and never got them, no refund

I ordered some nightgowns from this site Ivoryn.com and I never got them. I paid almost $35 for them and the company just won't give me my money back. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing. They just ignore me.

I don't know what else to do. The phone number they had was (859) 556-2993 but I'm not even sure that's real. I just want my money back for something I never received.

Ordered from a TikTok shop and never got my stuff twice

I placed an order through a website I found on TikTok. It took forever to even ship. Then it said delivered but I never got it. I emailed them and told them I didn't receive it. They said they would resend it and expedite it.

Well it said delivered again and I still didn't get anything. I looked up the tracking number they used, tracker678, and found out it's not a real tracking site. So I emailed them again and said I want a full refund. They just keep beating around the bush and won't give me my money back. Instead they keep telling me they are honest. Do not buy from this company.
