Bought metabolism panties from ivotero and got nothing

I ordered one pair of those panties that are supposed to help with metabolism. I wasn't sure about it but figured I'd try just one. The website is ivotero.com and I paid 27 dollars.

I never got anything in the mail. No tracking, no package, nothing. Tried emailing them at [email protected] and no reply. The phone number on the site is (913) 244-6037 and I called a few times, just rings and rings.

I just wanted to try the product and now I'm out the money. Seems like a total scam.

Ordered from Ivotero and they just took my money

I placed an order from these people and I can't use it. I have tried multiple times to reach out to them through emails for a refund and they will not respond back. I tried calling and of course the number is not working. So I would suggest that no one even attempt to order from them.

I even told them that I would consider exchanging for a different size and I still got no response. So I am out of that money. Their website is Ivotero.com and they have an address in CA, USA but I don't know if that's real. The phone number they gave is 1(401) 346-9627 and it doesn't work. I spent 32.97 dollars and got nothing I can use.
