Ordered shirts from an ad, bad quality and no way to return them

I saw an ad on Facebook for Ivy and Cole and ordered two shirts from their site, IvyColeCharleston.com. The shirts showed up but the quality is bad and they fit awful.

I went to their website to start a return. All I got was an automated email back. I haven't heard anything since. I can't even find an address to send the shirts back to.

I'm out $81.00 for these shirts I can't wear.
