Got a weird voicemail about a complaint for someone else
I got a voicemail from someone named J. They said they were following up on a complaint for a person named Bridget Warner. That's not me.
They gave a case number, 216-07912. They said documents for my file were being prepared to be sent out and that I'd need to sign for them. They said an agent would try to reach me at home or at my job. To stop further action, I had to call 951-277-6097.
The whole thing felt off. They had the wrong name, and it just seemed like a strange message to get out of the blue.
