Paid over $500 for custom shirts and nothing after two months

I reached out to this company through Instagram on April 1st. After about a week of going back and forth I paid them in full, $530.66, for 12 custom shirts.

They told me I would get them in 10 to 18 days. Its been over 2 months now and nothing has been completed. They just ignore me when I ask for my refund. I have all the conversations saved where they kept leading me on for over 2 months and still no products or my money back.
