I got a text message that said, "Hello Joan, hope you're doing well. Would it be alright to ask you something about ***** when it's convenient?- Jack". It was from the phone number (540) 699-1341. The sender used my mother's name and her address in the message. It felt really off. I don't know anyone named Jack from Virginia. I never signed up for anything. It's just a strange, unwanted message that came out of nowhere.
