Paid for blood tests but they want more money after

I signed up on jack.health for their longevity program. The landing page makes it sound like you pay around $300 for the year and get 55 blood markers tested four times a year. So I paid the $300.

After a couple days they tell me I have to pay for the blood markers myself. That's not what it said when I signed up. When I asked for a refund they pointed to some FAQ section saying some markers are out of pocket expenses. They refused to give my money back.

The address they have is 2620 Bristol Cir Unit 400 in Oakville Ontario. Their email is [email protected]. I just want my $300 back.
