Text from someone asking about my address with no company name

I got a text from someone named Jack saying they were with LHB. They said "Hi (my name), hope you're doing well. May I ask you something about **** ********** Ave when you have a moment?" I don't know who this is or what LHB is.

There was no company name in the message. Just a phone number (614) 665-7331 and an address in Columbus, Ohio. I didn't reply. It felt strange getting a text like that out of nowhere asking about my street.

I didn't lose any money but it seemed like a phishing thing. Just wanted to report it.

Got a text from someone named Jack with my personal info

I just got a text from a number I don't know. It said my first name and my address. The person texting claims to be "Jack w/LHB." I have no idea who that is or what LHB is. I never signed up for anything from them. It felt really off to get a message with my personal details like that out of the blue. The number was (417) 228-9742. I didn't reply and I didn't click anything. I just wanted to put this out there because it didn't make sense.
