Paid for a Jamaica resort membership but never got the portal

I was approached to join some membership thing for Jamaica resorts. They told me I would get a portal in 30 days so I could plan vacations. It was a contract and everything.

I never got the portal. I called them several times and got nothing. No reply, no help. So I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I lost $11,500 on this.

The phone number they gave was (407) 584-2123 and the address is a PO box in Las Vegas, NV 89193.
