Man from church offered credit repair and only did Equifax

This guy James Hunt came to my church and told everyone he could clean up our credit. I thought since he was from church he was trustworthy so I paid him $350 to clean sweep my credit on all three bureaus. He only did Equifax and not the other two.

I called him up to see if he would fix it. He said the J. Scott person doesn't work for his company anymore and then tried to get me to pay him another $500 to finish the job. So he basically took my money and did half the work and now wants more. I feel like he scammed me.
