Call about a sealed document delivery with no company name

I got a call from a guy saying his name is James Owens. He said he’s from the Delivery Department of Document Procedures and Conduct. Something about a sealed document that’s supposed to be delivered in person to Jerry Dixon. File number RB-348-627.

He said it could be delivered to my home or my job. And if they don’t make contact, it gets escalated and classified as failure to comply. Then he said all questions have to go through the issuing office by pressing one to talk to a file review manager, or call 888-691-3641.

It just felt weird. There’s no company name on anything. Just that long title that doesn’t sound real. I didn’t press one.
