Got a text about a loan approval from someone named James Roy

I was applying for a personal loan to help with my bills. I applied to Advance America just yesterday. Then today I get this text message about an approval letter from a person named James Roy. The text asked me to just reply with "Yes I agree". I haven't answered it back. It felt off because I just applied somewhere else. The message came from a phone number with a 202 area code.
