Bought football tickets on Craigslist and never got them

I found this guy Jason Carter on Craigslist selling Notre Dame - Wisconsin football tickets. He said he had three tickets for $90 each so total was $270. I agreed to buy them and paid with my credit card.

After I paid he said he would email me the tickets as soon as he got the payment. Well he got the money and then nothing. No tickets no email no reply. I tried contacting him again but nothing.

I already filed a fraud charge with my credit card company and also reported it to the local police. His email was [email protected] and the phone number was (763) 308-7419. Address he gave was 13433 Zarthan Ave South in Savage MN.
