Ordered handmade coasters and got nothing but excuses

I ordered 2 handmade coasters from this person on Facebook. Their email is [email protected]. I paid $54 and they just kept making excuses.

First they said they were working on them. Then they said shipping was delayed. After that they just stopped answering my messages. I never got the coasters.

I tried reaching out a few more times but no reply. Just wasted my money on nothing.
