Kept charging my card after I thought I was done

I ordered something from these people through Facebook. I don’t even remember exactly what it was now. But they kept charging my credit card after that. I didn’t sign up for anything else.

I tried to get them to stop but they just kept taking money. It was like $200 total. I called the number on my statement which is (844) 283-3612. I also emailed [email protected] but nobody helped me. The address they had was in New York, NY. I don’t know what else to do.
