Ordered online and never got my product or a confirmation

I ordered something online from JBRestore.com and paid with my credit card. It was $119. Never got any confirmation of the purchase or the product. I tried calling them a few times but the number just rings once and then goes busy every time. That’s all I got. No product, no email, nothing.
