Ordered a supplement over a month ago and still nothing came

I bought a supplement from this company thinking it would get here in a week. Its been almost a month and still no product. I signed up for a subscription I never agreed to. Found out the company is listed in Florida but the stuff ships from overseas.

Went back and forth with customer service and they kept saying there were delays. Tried to cancel the whole order for over a week. Then they told me after 3 weeks it finally got picked up so I couldnt cancel or get a refund until it arrives. I have every email between me and them saved.
