Bought something from a site that looked like JCPenney

I saw this deal and it was too good to be true but it said JCPenny so I went with it. The order said it was on its way and they gave me a fake tracker that said it was delivered. They promised to give a full refund but now I'm blocked or the number is no longer in service.

I have everything saved which I'll never hear about again. Cost me about 38 bucks.
