Website said JCPenney final sale but it was a scam

I found this website that said JCPenney was having a final sale. Looked real enough at first. I ordered some stuff and put in my card info.

Then I checked my bank and saw $35.62 was taken out. That didn't seem right for what I bought. The address they had on the site was 1451 Hwy 190 E Apt 4 in Hammond, LA. That's not a real store or anything.

Never got my order. No reply when I tried to email them. It was just a fake site pretending to be JCPenney.
