Facebook ad for Dr. Oz product, sent it back and still no refund

I saw a Facebook ad with Dr. Oz on it and watched it all the way to the end because they said you get extra product. So I ordered it. Then I sent the product back and still did not get a refund.

I tried calling them at (323) 287-5609 and nobody picks up. I emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply either. Their address is 525 N. 530 W. Ste 5, Ogden, UT 84404 but I don't know if that's even real.

I lost over 311 dollars. Stay away from this company. It's a scam.
