JellyFit weight loss guarantee not honored after 60 days

I bought from JellyFit because they had a 60 day guarantee if I wasn’t satisfied for any reason. Well I didn’t lose the weight like they said, so after about a month I chatted with them and said I wanted to use the guarantee. They told me I hadn’t used the product long enough and that I still had over 30 days left, so I should keep going and I’d still qualify for the refund.

On June 22 I emailed asking for the return address so I could send it back. They put me off every single day until today. Now I got an email saying I’m probably out of the range for the refund and they offered me $55.37 back out of the $201 I paid.
