Fake Jillian Michaels video for weight loss pills that were just apple cider vinegar

I saw this video online with Jillian Michaels talking about some weight loss product with three special ingredients. Sounded legit so I ordered it. Cost me $319.72.

When it showed up I opened it and the only ingredient listed was apple cider vinegar. Nothing else. I looked up Jillian Michaels after that and found out she never endorsed them. The whole video was fake.

Tried contacting them through the website and email but no reply. The phone number they had just rang. I feel stupid but I really thought it was real.

Paid for a product that never showed up and no one replies

I ordered something from their site jellylean.com and the money came out, $294. Then nothing showed up. I tried calling customer service at (800) 390-6035 and waited on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to some offshore person who said they were having delays. So I sent an email to [email protected]. No response at all. They have an address in Largo FL but it doesn't feel real. Feels like I just threw my money away.

Bought Jelly Lean from a fake video ad, had to cancel my card

I saw a video ad for Jelly Lean and ended up buying it from JellyLean.com. I think the video was AI-generated, it was completely false. As soon as my payment went through, I got a bad feeling. I immediately asked for a refund from their support email, [email protected]. I also called my credit card company to stop the payment and I locked my card. I'm getting a new one.

The whole thing is a scam. Even the reviews on their site looked real, but they're not. I even messaged a celebrity about it, and she actually replied. She told me to report it to help other people. Do not buy Jelly Lean.

Order was refunded but still delivered, now they want me to pay to return it

I saw an ad online with Jillian Michaels advertising these supplements from JellyLean.com. I made an order but after I read more, it made me feel uncomfortable. I requested to cancel the order and they did refund the $312.38. But then the package was still delivered to me.

I called to let them know and asked for information to return it, since it was supposed to be cancelled. I was told I have to return it and pay for the return shipping myself, and then they would take the money back. The woman on the phone was very nasty and refused to let me speak to a manager. She told me she didn't have time to repeat herself.

I had to cancel my credit card because of this and pay for a new one to be express delivered. I'm a single homeowner and didn't want to be without a card. Now I have to see if I can even afford to send it back. I feel very nervous because I don't trust them and they have my address. If it looks too good to be true, it is.
