Phone call where they asked my name and hung up

I got a phone call from (838) 243-0483 and the person on the line asked me my name. I said "Yes" to confirm it and then they just hung up. Didn’t say anything else.

Felt weird. I don’t know what they wanted but it seemed like a phishing thing. No money lost or anything but still annoying.
