Bag zipper broke first time and they won't answer emails

I wish I could put zero stars because this is ridiculous. The zipper broke on the bag I bought the very first time I tried to use it. I took it to three different places to get it fixed and they all told me the fabric is too cheap to even repair.

I also bought those roller wheels to go with the bag but since I can't even use the bag I need to return those too. I've emailed them so many times and their Customer Service is just horrible. Like completely unacceptable. No one answers or helps with anything.
