Ordered size med top got size 3x and totally wrong style

I ordered from this website Jennifer & John-Charleston. They have an address at 8 The Green Suite A in Dover, DE. I got size 12 shoes but they were low quality with very thin rubber soles. Not what I expected at all.

Also ordered a size medium top and they sent me a size 3x. Totally different style too. I spent $400 on this stuff. Their phone number is (302) 760-9909. Just really bad counterfeit products.
