Ordered clothes online but they won't give a return address

I bought an outfit online and got it but the sizing was way off. I'm usually a medium and even the large was too small for me. So I wanted to send it back.

I emailed and messaged them like 6 times asking for their return address. Never got a single reply. Then I tried to find a phone number for their Toronto location. The store I called said I wasn't the first person asking about Jennifer & Michael but it wasn't them and they don't sell stuff online.

Wish I checked ScamPulse before ordering.
